Lost the key.
We store a hash of it, so nobody here can read your key back to you — not even us. What we can do is mail a one-time link to the address you paid with.
The email on the account is whatever Stripe collected at checkout. If that address is gone too, reply to the Stripe receipt from any address and a human can look at it.
